How do I pay?
Add tools to your cart, enter a UK address on the checkout page and submit the order. Once it's placed, keep the order number in case you have a question about the order or a return.
Do you make these tools?
No. Fettle sells tools from a range of manufacturers, and the brand is named on every product card.
How much is delivery?
A flat £4.99 per UK order. You'll see it in your cart and on the checkout page before you pay. More on shipping and returns.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason — email support@faridsafar.com with your order number, then send the goods back within 14 days. If something is faulty, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you further rights, including a full refund within 30 days. Any manufacturer's warranty is in addition to those rights.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Can you book a tradesperson for me?
No. We're a tool shop, not a booking service for tradespeople.
