Terms of sale
These terms cover sales on faridsafar.com to customers in the United Kingdom. Fettle is a trading name of Complete Property Maintenance, ABN 19 804 027 208, NSW 2565, Australia.
They are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. They are not legal advice.
Goods and prices
Catalogue prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Fettle is the seller. The maker and brand are named on each product card — we don't manufacture those goods. The amount you're charged is calculated on our server from the catalogue price, the quantity you chose and flat UK delivery of £4.99 per order. Delivery is shown before you pay and included in the order total.
Placing an order
You place the order on the checkout page. Once it's submitted, keep the order number in case you have a question about the order or a return.
Cancelling
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. The full process, including refunds and return costs, is on our shipping and returns page.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they aren't, you may be entitled to reject them, or to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as the law provides. As the seller we handle those requests; any manufacturer's warranty is in addition to these rights.
