What we collect
When you place an order, you give us a name, email address, phone number and UK delivery address so the order can be delivered. When you use the contact form, you give us a name, email, phone number and message so we can reply. Your browser may keep your cart and your cookie choice on your device — see the cookie policy.
If you write to support@faridsafar.com, billing@faridsafar.com or info@faridsafar.com, we handle your address and message so we can reply.
Payments
You place the order on the checkout page. We keep the delivery details so we can arrange the goods. Card details are not entered on this site.
Our lawful bases
We use your information to perform our contract with you (taking and delivering your order), to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records, and for our legitimate interests in answering your questions and establishing or defending legal claims. We don't sell personal information.
Who else may see it
We keep the order total, the catalogue items you ordered and the delivery address you entered. A carrier receives your name and address to deliver the parcel. This website is hosted by our web host. No analytics or advertising pixels load unless you accept optional cookies.
International transfers
Complete Property Maintenance is based in Australia, so your information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. When it is, we take steps to keep it protected to the standard UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require (usually six years). Contact messages are kept long enough to deal with your question. Browser storage lasts until you clear it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@faridsafar.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator.
