We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is a flat £4.99 per order. It appears in your cart and on the checkout page, and it's included in the order total before you confirm.

Changing your mind: 14 days to cancel

Because you buy from us online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel, for any reason. To cancel, email support@faridsafar.com with your order number — a short message saying you want to cancel is enough. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

We'll refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the goods back (or of you showing us proof that you've sent them). Unless the goods are faulty, you pay the cost of returning them. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled more than you'd need to check them, as you would in a shop, so please keep them unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they aren't, you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that doesn't fix the problem, a price reduction or refund. For faulty goods we cover the return postage. These rights can't be excluded, and the 14-day cancellation window doesn't limit them. Fettle is the seller, so we handle the return; any manufacturer's warranty is in addition to these rights.
